You need not worry about the safety, security and dietary needs of your cats when you leave them at Blakeston Lodge. Our indoor cattery is highly secure and monitored by our on-site manager 24/7. Contact us for vaccination and related issues before your pet comes to stay with us in Durham. 
Purpose built facilities

Purpose Built Facilities 

The new indoor cattery has been purpose built to the same standards and regulations as a house. It has not been a conversion of an outbuilding which makes this cattery very warm in the Winter and cool in the Summer and far surpasses the standards for new catteries. The whole cattery is based on one floor and has been constructed to give wheelchair access around the full site.

The large units are individually air controlled to stop cross infection and benefit from a raised sleeping area with most units having external window views across the grounds.
